Delete your data

You can remove your Calvy account and everything stored with it at any time. No email exchange, no support ticket, no talking anyone out of it.

From the app, which takes about ten seconds

Open Calvy and tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. The account and its contents are queued for deletion straight away.

By email, if you have lost access to the app

Write to support@calvy.fit from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: sex, age, height, weight, goals and eating window.
Your entire food journal, including every meal photo and voice transcript.
Water, weight history, activity entries and streaks.
Your conversations with the AI coach.
Your account record itself.

It disappears from live systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days.

What survives, and why

Purchase records. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep proof of transactions. These records identify a payment, not your diet.
Aggregated statistics. Counts that no longer identify anyone, for example how many people used barcode scanning last month.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise the next payment still goes through.

Ask us at support@calvy.fit before you delete, and we will send an export of your journal and profile in a machine-readable file.
